Examples of situations that may cause your estate plan to cost more than the sample price listed includes, but is not limited to, a blended family, an adult child that cannot inherit money outright, a child with special needs, or significant assets.
An exact flat fee will typically be quoted during your free initial telephone consultation after Emma gathers facts about your situation. Sometimes, if your situation is complex, Emma will need more information than the 30-minute phone call to determine a fee, and she will tell you what she needs during this call.
